Return & Exchange Policy
Our goal is to engender the best customer experience and to offer premium hair care products to beauty industry professionals.
Our tangible products are inspected and tested to ensure that our products meet established quality standards of the industry in which we service.
However, we understand that dissatisfaction may occasionally occur and therefore we offer returns or exchanges for defective, unused, originally packaged merchandise.
In the case that a claim of product quality or defect ensues our standards and quality team will review your concern and determine if a refund or exchange is warranted.
As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item from any representative of our company.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place regarding the character of the product we supply.
Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons: In the instance that a chemical based product is discolored or not in its proper condition, upon initial usage or opening of the product, customer has 7 days to initiate a request for an exchange or refund.
The product cannot be substantially used before initiating a request for refund, due to the nature of the business that we are in, problems with products are detectable almost immediately, thusly, products half used.
On tools, if there is a factory default on any flat iron, blow dryer or other tool within 30 days, we will exchange the tool immediately at no additional cost to the client.
After 30 days, the client must contact the product manufacturer to handle any claim against the product. If merchandise was purchased and shipped to the customer then the customer must call the office for approval to send back with prepaid postage label or on the company Fed Ex account to avoid the paying for postage.
Customers can also mail returns to us through US Postal Service on their own but we recommend that the package is insured.
Original packaging, invoice, or receipt will help expedite returns/exchanges/refunds.
If there is a problem with your order you must contact us first for approval to return. You will have 3 days after delivery of your package to request a replacement or refund. Only hair in its original packaging, in its original condition will be accepted. You must not alter the original state of the hair, must not add any products, comb through or otherwise compromise the original state of the hair.
Due to safety, sanitation, and quality reasons hair that has been worn will not be exchanged or refunded.
